Nothing more important than to know someone’s enjoying this incredible Pilsener. It’ll take your taste buds on a soaring ride, as soft floral notes and peppery steel tones from the noble Czech Saaz and Hallertau hops dance together with individual melody and converging harmony like two guitars in one great song. Aged for over a month and served unfiltered to preserve the delicate aroma and flavors.
This brew gets a “first wort hopping” – hops are added during the first runoff to get its soft bitterness and delicate aroma.
Brewmaster Beau Baden shows his great taste by naming this impossibly great German-Style Pilsener after the great song Impossible Germany by Wilco. Jeff Tweedy and Nels Cline are an inspiration, as their band has been the soundtrack for the brewery team on many, many days.

Serve in a Pint Glass. Pairs well with Bavarian Pretzels, Cheeses like Pepper Jack, salads and poultry dishes. Refreshing with nachos or spicy wings.
Pours a hazy pale golden hue with a fresh grassy malt nose hinted with flowers. Light bodied and smooth, a light toast flavor is sweetened by the hops as they assert themselves toward a crisp steel finish.
