Brewed since 1998, lambics have a long, award-winning history at Fegley’s Brew Works.
Our framboise is a traditional style Belgian Lambic brewed with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus. After fermenting, the beer was transferred into French Oak barrels with fresh raspberries and aged for 2 years to develop a funky, tart and sour profile with a great raspberry flavor finish.
This brew has won numerous prestigious awards including a silver medal at the World Beer Championships and a bronze medal at the World Beer Cup.
Served in a tulip glass.
Nice raspberry and oak aroma with a sharp raspberry tartness and a subtle oak finish.
This brew will be available for a limited time at Fegley's Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works starting on Friday, February 24th. Each location will only have 120 bottles and 1 keg and once we run out it's gone forever! Stop down ASAP!
