Brewmaster Beau Baden headed to the John Prine show in Reading, PA, back in September 2010, to meet with the singer-songwriter that inspired the beer.
Serve in a tulip glass. Pair with salads and aperitifs, poultry, Seafood & Shellfish entrees, earthy cheeses like Camembert and Fontina, nutty cheeses like Asiago, Colby and Parmesan.
Big raspberry aroma with a touch of farmhouse grain, hits the mouth with sweet and tart raspberries touched with lemon and pepper. Refreshingly semidry with a crisp yeasty finish.
