A long, patient boil of imported smoked and roasted malts produces this fine, silky smooth mahogany colored ale. It’s full slick body sings boldly with prominent notes of caramel toffee, hints of highland smoke and roasted grains. This rich, malty ale is higher in alcohol than many other ales so be aware…it may raise your kilt. Slàinte!

Pours a gorgeous, dark mahogany with a thick mocha head revealing aromas of malty caramel, nuts, and faint smoke. Full bodied roasted-malt flavors of caramel, nut, cocoa, and worty figs & raisins. Complex back flavors of toast and dried grass come with a warm alcohol creaminess at the end.
