The limited release F.B.I.P.A. was brewed privately at Fegley’s Allentown Brew Works. When the story about this new Black IPA was leaked by an unknown source, it caused a frenzy, putting it on the Most Wanted List. Some feel that the F.B.I.P.A. should be under investigation for its unique flavor profile, however, bottles and kegs have already been sent to select locations and the beer is ready to be released on November 10th, 2016. There’s no stopping this wayward brew!
Stop by either of our locations on November 10th to investigate the F.B.I.P.A for yourself. From the first sip, you’ll see why this beer is already on the most wanted list. Get here early for the chance to steal some merchandise:
The F.B.I.P.A. will be available to purchase in 12 packs of 12 oz bottles, kegs and on draft at both of our locations.
Missing the release of this deceptively citrusy IPA is one crime you don’t want to commit.
Get an up-close look at 30bbl fermenters. See behind the scenes of our production brewery located at Fegley’s Allentown Brew Works. We’re throwing open the doors every Saturday at noon on the back room brewery and leading our friends from beginning to end with glass in hand.

From the 2014 Festival:
Since June of 2006, the entire proceeds of the Bethlehem Brew Works first Thursday’s “CHARITY CASK NIGHT” has been donated to a local non-profit organization. Better still, the non-profit recipient has the opportunity to present literature and banners, and have representatives on hand for an informal Q&A and info-session about their community work.
A craft brewery draws its character and strength from its community, but it can also give back to the community and help create positive change. That’s the idea behind this series of benefit events that take place at the Bethlehem Brew Works every 1st Thursday of the month.
Our head brewer offers a hand pumped, cask-conditioned ale from a 10-gallon barrel called a firkin. A firkin is a small keg, holds about 9 gallons or so of cask-conditioned, 50°F beer. The cask, or firkin, is always a special, one-of-a-kind beer connoisseur’s treat. It is available only until it runs dry, which could be just hours (or less) after it’s tapped.
Open up your senses to the hop and malt flavors released by drinking a beer from a hand-drawn firkin served at a respectable temperature. Our brewers then work their magic to give each cask its own special character.

The Itinerary for 2017 hasn’t been finalized, but here is the 2016 itinerary & menu to give you an idea of what to expect!
The 2017 Puttle Golf Championship will be held during the Cask Beer Fest at the Allentown Brew Works. Winners in both the Golfer and Non-Golfer categories will be awarded cash, prizes and “The Tankard” for lowest score. $1 entry fee for those in attendance will be donated to the Boys+Girls Clubs of the LV. Traditionally, cask beers are naturally carbonated by yeast being added during a second fermentation rather than adding CO2. Casks can be gravity drawn typically from barrels laying horizontally, or from typical looking ”kegs” that have been naturally carbonated. Experience REAL ALE, sample the difference at The Great Allentown Brew Works Cask Beer Festival. Open your senses to tradition – beer the way it was meant to be. Official definition from Wikipedia…
Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized beer which is conditioned (including secondary fermentation) and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure. Cask ale may also be referred to as real ale, a term coined by the Campaign for Real Ale, often now extended to cover bottle-conditioned beer as well. Read more…
If you preordered our Bourbon Barrel Coffee Stout, then you can come and pick up your bottle(s) at either Fegley’s Allentown or Bethlehem Brew Works on April 2nd. Please review your receipt and make sure to stop by the pub that you selected when preordering. Please bring your receipt and a valid ID indicating that you are over the age of 21 to pick up your bottle(s).
If you have not ordered your Bourbon Barrel Coffee Stout, but would like to, please purchase your bottle(s) here.
We will have this brew on draft at both Allentown and Bethlehem locations for a very limited time, so don’t wait to try it!
Brewed with 160 pounds of the blackest of black coffee, this EXCLUSIVE stout is deliciously dangerous. With an ABV of 13%, this silky smooth coffee stout will even give the biggest coffee addicts quite the perk. To finish it off, this stout was aged in freshly dumped Woodford Reserve barrels, adding the perfect amount of bourbon flavor.
