Tapas – Spain’s greatest food invention “Eat when you drink, drink when you eat” is the philosophy. Spanish men traditionally drink outside the home and rarely alone. They are not meant to be a meal. One tapa per person and a different one with each drink is the idea, then everyone enjoys tasting and sharing. Tapas food is real food – good local ingredients presented with flair.
The idea comes from Andalusia. It started, or so they say, with a piece of bread, soon topped with ham or cheese, balanced over a glass, to keep out the flies – the word tapa means a cover. They were once free snacks included in the price of the drink but today they are mostly ordered separately. In dim caverns, where the sherry barrels are stacked high, men revolve the wine in their copitas, gently sipping, then select a new wine from a different cask. To compare and contrast is part of the ritual. An old man may sit by the door, with a bucket of conchas finas, opening the clams slowly and to order.

Every year, Fegley’s Brew Works Craft Beer Festival features more than 50 craft beers to sample from dozens of the best local and national craft breweries. This year, the event will be located on 4 floors at the Allentown Brew Works, with live music from Tim Harakal.
Featuring 2 sessions and a VIP Bonus Hour, craft beer sampling, brew-pub favorites buffet, beer centric vendors for shopping, and more!
Tickets include a 2 hour buffet filled with pub favorites and munchies during each session in FIVE.
Session A: 1pm-4pm (no VIP Hour) – $35 presale
Session B: 5pm-8pm – $35 presale
VIP Hour 12pm to 1pm* $10 (Limited entry of 200) – Start Session A off the right way and take advantage of an intimate, meet and greet with the brewers, owners and representatives from invited craft breweries and special guests.

Enjoy drink specials and our award winning craft beer while listening to DJ Hexenkopf and DJ Slic Ric mix the best of the 80’s and 90’s Alternative and Post Punk, current Tech House, Hip Hop, Coldwave and Electric.
We’ll also have our regular menu available throughout the night so make sure to save room for some loaded nachos and chicken tenders.
This event is FREE ADMISSION for anyone 21 and over!

Captured LV Escape Room puts you and your friends in a locked room. You have 60 minutes to find your way out. Only by working together solving puzzles, cracking codes, and discovering keys and secrets will you escape in time. Collaborate, think outside the box, and believe in yourselves… time is running out!
Open to Mug club Members and their friends and family, we’ll be hosting this to see just how smart our Mug Club Members are! There are limited tickets available for each session, on a first come, first serve basis, so reserve your spots now! Tickets for the escape room are typically $25, but with this event, you can grab your tickets for just $15!
Tickets need to be purchased through management at Bethlehem Brew Works. Stop in prior to the event to schedule your spot!
There will be sessions at 4PM, 5:30PM and 7PM. Each session can accommodate 15 participants each (Pirates Chamber fits up to 5; Alchemy Lab up to 10). Since you’ll need to sign in and learn the rules of the game, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your session.

The escape room is located on the bottom floor of The Commons, across from The Steelgaarden at Fegley’s Brew Works.
Join us afterward for our Comedy Showcase Night at 8:30pm! This event is open to everyone (not just Mug Club Members) and will showcase some of our best acts at $10 a ticket. Headliner and opening acts will be announced soon!
You can also enjoy $3 Mug Fills (Mug Club Members only) that evening and provide an hour of light appetizers between 8-9PM.
Fegley’s Brew Works Brewers are proud to host the Great Allentown Brew Works Cask Beer Festival with numerous one-of-a-kind cask creations and craft beer from more than a dozen craft breweries. Tickets include Celtic entertainment and St. Patrick’s Day inspired food buffet. Browse beer-centric vendor tables and enjoy the Puttle Golf Championships.

The 2017 Puttle Golf Championship will be held during the Cask Beer Fest at the Allentown Brew Works. Winners in both the Golfer and Non-Golfer categories will be awarded cash, prizes and “The Tankard” for lowest score. $1 entry fee for those in attendance will be donated to the Boys+Girls Clubs of the LV. Traditionally, cask beers are naturally carbonated by yeast being added during a second fermentation rather than adding CO2. Casks can be gravity drawn typically from barrels laying horizontally, or from typical looking ”kegs” that have been naturally carbonated. Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized beer which is conditioned (including secondary fermentation) and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure. Fegley’s Whisky Festival returns for it’s 8th year on October 14th, 2017 5pm to 8pm. Enjoy a selection of over 30 of the finest whiskies, bourbons and scotches along with tasty food samplings and barrel aged craft beers.
