The AJF Center Stage Series returns to the Allentown Brew Works in 2016!
“The dedication that the Fegley family has shown to Allentown’s rebirth has been tremendous. The Brew Works was one of the first major businesses to open during Allentown’s revitalization, and it was also one of the earliest. The Allentown Brew Works was really the first major new investment along Hamilton Street, predating the PPL Arena complex by years. We were really eager to work with the good people at the Brew Works in our second season. The success of the November show proves that The Brew Works and the AJF actually make a lot of sense together.” said Bryan Tuk, the Executive Director and CEO of the Allentown JazzFest.

Be among the very first to sample the winning Pale Ale “LVBW4″ and meet Dave Bennett – the homebrewer behind the recipe for LVBW4. Casks can be gravity drawn typically from barrels laying horizontally, or from typical looking ”kegs” that have been naturally carbonated. Experience REAL ALE, sample the difference at The Great Allentown Brew Works Cask Beer Festival. Open your senses to tradition – beer the way it was meant to be. Official definition from Wikipedia…
Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized beer which is conditioned (including secondary fermentation) and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure. Cask ale may also be referred to as real ale, a term coined by the Campaign for Real Ale, often now extended to cover bottle-conditioned beer as well. Read more…
