The newest addition to Fegley’s imperial beer series, Venomous was released October 17th, 2014. An exquisite imperial honey ale with a deep copper hue and sweet malt flavor balanced by hints of clove, chocolate and honey. Be careful when sneaking a sip that you don’t get stung by this venomous brew, at 9% ABV it’s sure to create a buzz!
Serve in a Tulip Glass. Pairs well with salads, cheeses - buttery Brie, Havarti, and pungent Gorgonzola. Game and BBQ. Stands alone for dessert.
Pours deep copper, with a nose of malt and caramely-honey. Boozy flavors of clove, honey, and chocolate mute the hop note until the end when it finishes with a nice tightness.
Available seasonally on draft at Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works. Also available in 750 ml bottles.
