The brewery staff at Bethlehem Brew Works has been working double time and just tapped 2 new Fegley’s Brew Works brews just in time for the Holidays: “Czech Your Head” Pilsner and “Quit Hollerin at Me” IPA
“So, what-cha, what-cha want?” Fegley’s Czech Your Head is a Czech style lager with loads of hop character. Malty but balanced nicely with Saaz hops weighing in at 1.053 OG, 5.3% ABV, and 40 IBUs. PROST!
“I heard you the first time, you want another IPA, so ‘Quit Hollerin at Me'”! Brewed with biscuit malts and a loud amount of Simcoe, Centennal, and Chinook hops. Big citrus and pine flavors to satisfy any hophead’s thirst. Fegley’s ‘Quit Hollerin at Me IPA’ weighs in at 1.064 OG, 6.5% ABV, 85 IBUs
