Introducing our Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar, complete with all of your favorite fixings!

Do you like your bloody mary a certain way? Does the bartender never get it right?  Never deal with the frustration again. Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works is leaving it up to you to build your own bloody mary.

The Absolut Bloody Mary Bar is making its official debut during Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet on May 14th. It will then be available at the Bethlehem Brew Works’ Brunch every Sunday.

Each bloody mary starts with your choice of Vodka, including plain Absolut, Absolut Pepper or Absolut Lime. Looking to try something different? Use a different liquor than vodka as a base (some liquors may cost extra). Next, choose from a variety of house made Brew Works Bloody Mary mixes or your standard tomato juice! We have fresh mixes rotating weekly such as, chipotle bacon and apple, cucumber, jalapeno mix. After that top your glass off as you please with a wide variety of toppings. We have that special something for everyone.

Spice it Up!

We have a large section of spices such as Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, celery salt, black pepper, and horseradish to name a few. Add a pinch or dash, it’s totally up to you.

Get Saucy

If you’re a traditionalist, we’ll have Tabasco and Worcestershire on hand. Looking to step out of your comfort zone? Try sriracha, barbecue sauce, spicy salsa and even olive juice.

Garnish or Go Home

This is where you’ll want a bigger glass! Try our house made pickled veggies (asparagus, carrots, jalapenos, celery and cucumbers) and blue cheese stuffed olives. Did we forget to mention, bacon? Every week our Beer Belly the Pig will be brimming with a new featured bacon. We’ll have skewers on hand to help you wrangle all your toppings. If you don’t see something, ask!

Are You Drooling Yet?

Because that’s not all! Starting May 21st, we’ll be rolling out a brand new Brunch menu at the Bethlehem Brew Works. New menu items include:

  • Bacon Bacon Bacon – 1/2 pound of thick cut spicy maple glazed goodness
  • Avocado Toast – toast with avocado slices, goat cheese, olive oil, crushed red pepper, and cracked black pepper
  • Short Rib Eggs Benedict – house made biscuits, braised short rib, 60 min eggs, jalapeno hollandaise, breakfast potatoes
  • Steak & Eggs – sous vide flatiron, sunny side up eggs, breakfast potatoes
  • Steelworker’s Stout Waffles – dark chocolate, oatmeal stout butter, raspberries, Space Monkey syrup, orange zest, whipped cream, and powdered sugar
  • Grass-Fed Breakfast Burger – Breakaway Farms “Beyond Organic” Grass Fed Burger, fried eggs, bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado, served with breakfast potatoes
  • Mushroom & Goat Cheese Omelet – arugula, avocado, breakfast potatoes, toast
  • Pulled Pork Omelet – aged cheddar, Stout BBQ, pickled jalapenos, lime sour cream, breakfast potatoes and toast
  • Tea Smoked Salmon Omelet – scallion cream cheese, tomatoes, pickled onion, breakfast potatoes, and toast
  • Pierogie Hash – Mom & Pop’s fried perogies, cheddar jack cheese, peppers, onions, 60 min egg
