Fegley’s Brew Works team is about to release of their latest brew – Shang-High. This 8% Belgian style ale was brewed with a special blend of peppercorns, ginger and green tea. Inspired a couple of years ago by a collaboration brew with Shangy’s, The Beer Authority, of Emmaus. Release is scheduled for the end of February, 2016.
The beer will be available in corked & caged 750ml bottles, perfect for cellaring, at Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works. Also available at your favorite restaurant or pub in and around the Lehigh Valley, to be distributed by Shangy’s.
