Fegley’s Brew Works Brewmaster Beau Baden came up with a fantastic schedule for one-off brews available exclusively for distribution in PA and NJ. Look for these brews at your favorite local distributor, pub or restaurant.
Fegley’s Brew Works November release is “Here We Gose Again” Cranberry Tart Ale – AVAILABLE NOW at Shangy’s in Emmaus. Brewed with 8 pounds of sea salt and 420 pounds of cranberry. The tart brew was then kettle soured for two days with lactobacillus from Fegley’s GABF two-time bronze medal winner Berliner Weiss. After the beer got to the desired acidity level, it was lightly hopped with East Kent Goldings and Willamette Hops from Washington. When asked for the inspiration behind the cranberry brew, Baden replied, “What’s Thanksgiving without cranberries?”
Upcoming beers to be released include Fegley’s Mandarin Orange Belgian Triple in December and a Bourbon Barrel Imperial Coffee Stout in January. Here is a sneak peek at the 12 month schedule (subject to change, but this gives you an idea):
October – Brett IPA, November – “Here We Gose Again” Cranberry Tart Ale, December – Mandarin Orange Belgian Triple
January – Bourbon Barrel Imperial Coffee Stout, February – Starfruit Double IPA, March – Vanilla Cream Insidious, April – Habiscus DIPA, May – Peach DIPA, June – “Here We Gose Again” Grapefruit Tart Ale, July – Big In Japan Rice IPA, August – 007 Double Wild Wit, September – Foreign Imperial Stout.
