Fegley’s 7th Annual Craft Brew Festival 2015

ALLENTOWN, PA –  Fegley’s Brew Works will be hosting their 7th annual Craft Beer Festival at the Allentown Brew Works restaurant and brewery on Saturday, December 5th. Craft beer lovers and enthusiasts will celebrate malt beverages and get a glimpse at the work and effort that goes into producing these libations.

Two sessions are being offered, A: 1pm to 4pm and B: 5pm to 8pm. A limited admission VIP Hour is offered in conjunction with Session A from 12pm to 1pm and has been sold out since mid-October. In 2014, Session A also sold out so festival organizers are encouraging guests to get discounted presale tickets online at https://thebrewworks.com/events/fegleys-brew-works-craft-beer-festival/.

Fortunate VIP Hour ticket holders will be able to meet brewers, owners and representatives from invited craft breweries and special guest Mat Falco, craft beer aficionado founder and publisher of “Philly Beer Scene” Magazine, in a smaller 200 person setting. Exclusive beer selections will include Fegley’s Brew Works Shang-High and 17th Anniversary Barley Wine, Frecon Cider, HiJinx Citra Squeeze, Stonekeep Black Currant Mead, Two Rivers Moetta’s Rustic IPA, McKenzie’s Pumpkin Hard Cider, Newport Storm’s Annual 2015 Release, Shebeen Brewing Cannoli Beer, Three Heads Bromigo Smoked Maple Amber, and more.

A snippet of breweries and what they’ll be pouring at Sessions A and B to date are: Fegley’s Brew Works  Delusional Imperial Coffee Stout, Brett IPA, Frambeche and Wheat IPA, Battlefield Brew Works Imperial Pumpkin and Sour IPA, Evil Genius “Santa! I know him!” and Purple Monkey Dishwasher, Fish Brewing Co. “Christmas Vacation Series” – Yule Crack Up Gingerbread Stout, Family Wagon Imperial IPA, and Cousin Eddie’s RV Imperial Brown, HiJinx Wicked White and Barista’s Choice, Lancaster Hop Hog and Winter Warmer, Manayunk Hopness and Festivus, Newport Storm Winter Porter and Rhode Island Blueberry, Riverhorse Belgian Freeze and Triple IPA, Shebeen Harvest Home Scotch Ale and Black Hop IPA, St. Benjamin’s Transcontinental California Common and Franklin’s Abbaye Series #1 Belgian Stout, Three Heads Ontario Coast Belgian IPA and Too Kind Double IPA, Two Rivers Colonel Left Eye IPA and Hogan’s Law Dark Saison, White Birch Berliner Weisse and Raspberry Berliner Weisse, and many more selections from local and national craft breweries.

Guests will sip cider and mead from the Colony Meadery, Frecon Cidery, McKenzie’s Black Cherry Hard Cider and Seasonal Reserve Hard Cider, Spire Mountain Dark & Dry Cider and Pear Cider, Stonekeep Meadery’s Traditional Mead, Cyser, Black Raspberry, and Grape Assortments among others.

In addition to a vast beer selection, mead and cider, festivities will include 2 hours of food sampling per session as well as artisans and vendors showcasing specialty wares and beer-centric items for early Holiday browsing. Tables will be manned by Benito’s Hot Sauce, Brewscuits, Crafts by “G”, Dr. T-Shirt, GnawJaw Jerky & Bacon, Jennies Jawns, Lehigh Valley Ale Trail, MattyMart, Morwood Goods, Puttle Golf, Saint Obnoxious Tshirts, Scentsy, The Sawdust Maker, Touchstone Crystal, and Whimsical Wonders by Kris.
