Summer Ale Tapped for Musikfest

Fegley’s Brew Works tapped their refreshing Summer Ale just in time for the Lehigh Valley’s favorite music festival of the year: “Musikfest“. Fegley’s Summer Ale is a refreshing spiced ale brewed with sweet & bitter orange peel and coriander seed. Served with a slice of orange for a delightful summer treat! The beer weighs in at 5.2% ABV, 1.052 OG,  with 35 IBUs. It is available on draft at both the Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works.

Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works will be filling Musikfest mugs with the freshest beer in town (straight from the brewery!) Commemorative 16oz reusable cups (BPA free) will also be available to take the brewery fresh, award-winning craft beer to-go during the 10 day festival. Featured  beers during the festival will include Blueberry Belch, Hefeweizen, Summer Ale, Kitchen Sink IPA, Lime & PunishMINT, Steelgaarden Wit, Archie’s Farmhouse Ale, It’s Not My ‘Alt’!, and Locale iPA.

To conveniently accommodate craft beer lovers, beer will be available to go at the front of the restaurant. Brewers and staff will be tapping beers directly from the brewhouse where the brewing process begins. The backdrop will include the breweries copper beer kettle, mash tun and grain elevator. Bethlehem Brew Works will also hosting a food service tent directly outside of the brewpub serving Fegley’s Brew Works Steelworker’s Oatmeal Stout infused Pulled Pork sandwiches, snow cones and Bavarian Beer Pretzels.

Weekly specials will include Happy Hour in the main bar area and Steelgaarden Lounge, Monday through Friday, 5pm to 7pm where guests will enjoy $2 off all appetizers and $1 off Flagship Pints (Valley Golden, Fegley’s ESB, Steelgaarden Wit, Steelworker’s Stout). “Late Night Rewards” will also be available for Rewards Club Members Sunday through Thursday after 9pm featuring half-off appetizers.

Thursday, 8/6 – “Charity Cask Night” 5:30pm (Musikfest Eve!)

An American style IPA cask will be tapped at 5:30 and served until it kicks! Drink a pint for a good cause – 100% of proceeds will be donated to Judith’s Reading Room in memory of our friend and colleague Kelly Stoops. For the past 15 years, Kelly ran Bethlehem Brew Works festival tent. Her warm smile and sense of humor will be missed.

Sunday, 8/9 –“Brunch at the Brewery” 11am to 4pm:

Featuring a scrumptious brunch menu, in addition to the regular menu, from 11am to 4pm with $3 Bloody Marys, $3 Mimosas, and $5 Martini features.

Monday, 8/10 -“Rewards Club BOGO Monday” 5pm to 9pm in the Steelgaarden Lounge:

Join us in the Steelgaarden Lounge for Buy-One-Get-One FREE appetizers of equal or lesser value for Rewards Club Members. Also featuring $3.50 Valley Golden Ale pints. 21 and older only, dine-in only

Tuesday, 8/11 – “Tres Amigos Tuesday” 5pm to 9pm:

Three tacos for $3, Three churros for $3 and regular margaritas for $3 each for Rewards Club Members. Dine-in only.

Wednesday, 8/12 – “Witty Wednesday” 4pm to close in the Steelgaarden Lounge:

Head down to the Steelgaarden Lounge because Fegley’s Brew Works Steelgaarden Wits are only $2 each for guests 21 and older only, dine-in only.
