Panel Discussion: The Future of American Beer with Dick Yuengling, Jim Koch and Bill Covaleski. Moderated by Steve Hindy, Chairman & Co-Founder of The Brooklyn Brewery, Brooklyn, NY & author of “The Craft Beer Revolution.”
Each course will be paired with one of the following beers: D.G. Yuengling & Son, Samuel Adams, Victory Brewing Company.
