Venomous Released at Allentown

After much anticipation, Fegley’s Brew Works is proud to announce that their imperial honey ale Venomous has been tapped at the Allentown Brew Works. Venomous is their newest release of their imperial line of brews which include Insidious Imperial Stout and Devious Imperial Pumpkin Ale.

Venomous is an imperial honey ale with a deep copper hue and sweet malt flavor balanced by hints of clove, chocolate and honey.  Brewed with German Magnum hops and Pale and Chocolate malts. Venomous weighs in at 9%ABV, 1.088 OG and 22 IBUs.

We had to be sneaky to get the bees to part with as much honey as we used in this Imperial Honey Ale. Be careful when sneaking a sip that you don’t get stung by this venomous brew, at 9% ABV it’s sure to create a buzz!

Distribution plans for Venomous are in the works but it’s presently available on draft at Allentown Brew Works and in 750ml corked & caged, cellarable bottles at both Fegley’s brew pubs – Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works.
