Fegley’s Brew Works just released two new offerings at Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works. Fegley’s Pig Pen Pilsener was tapped at Allentown Brew Works and CH-47 Session IPA at Bethlehem Brew Works.
Pig Pen Pilsener was originally brewed to be a flagship beer at the former “Brew Works on the Green” and the brewery team, led by brew master Beau Baden, decided to bring it back – being that it was a phenomenal brew. The crisp, clean and refreshing golden lager was brewed with German malts and hops for an authentic taste. Pig Pen Pilsener weighs in at 1.048 OG and 4.7% ABV and is available on draft exclusively at the Allentown location.
Head brewer Josh Bushey at Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works also brought back a former recipe and Fegley’s Brew Works favorite; CH-47, and added twice the amount of hops this time creating a light, copper Session IPA. CH-47 Session IPA was brewed with Cascade and Chinook hops and Josh added a healthy amount of C hops in the fermenter. CH-47 Session IPA weighs in at 1.049 OG, 50 IBUs, and 5% ABV and is available on draft exclusively at Bethlehem Brew Works.
