Head brewer Josh Bushey at Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works just tapped a new seasonal draft – “Insert Hop Pun Here” IPA
“We had to get back to ‘wort’ and brew another IPA. Pale and crystal malts, and not to be ‘hoperbolic’, but a ton of Simcoe, Chinook, and Columbus hops. Dry hopped for a fuller citrus, pine, and dank ‘hoppy’ ending. So good we can ‘barley’ stand it so hop to it, and come in and get a pint today!”
“Insert Hop Pun Here” IPA weighs in at 6.2% ABV, 1.059 OG, 60 IBUs.
