Frambeche Lambic Reserve was released at Bethlehem Brew Works on Monday, July 21, 2014.
A very limited amount of this lambic style of beer has been released. Belgian breweries typically open their windows and allow the airborne wild yeasts and bacteria to allow a “spontaneous” fermentation to occur. We use select yeast and bacteria to achieve similar results. Aged for over a year in wine barrels from the Napa Valley we blended equally our Framboise (raspberry) and Peche (peach) lambics to create a unique, blended beer.
