Brett Hop'solutely on draft at Allentown Brew Works

Fegley’s Brew Works Brett Hop’solutely is now available on draft and in 750ml, corked & caged bottles at Fegley’s Allentown Brew Works. We think it’s the perfect beer to celebrate Philly Beer Week 2014 and will be featured by our brewery at participating Philadelphia restaurants, pubs and bottle shops. Brewmaster Beau Baden about Brett Hop’solutely, “We are excited to have this beer finally available after aging for nearly 4 months. This beer is fermented with 100% wild yeast (Brettanomyces). The wild yeast gives this beer a dryer flavor, light fruitiness and an effervescent finish. This beer weighs in at 11.5% ABV just like our regular version of Hop’solutely.”
