Two new, never been brewed before by us, seasonal beers have recently been tapped at Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works: Brett Pale Ale and Kellerbier! Available now on draft and growlers to go.
Fegley’s Brett Pale Ale – 5% ABV, 1.052 OG, 40 IBU – “No Saccharomyces were harmed in the making of this beer.” The wild yeast Brettanomyces was added to pale malts and a ton of Citra and Centennial hops. Dry hopped with more citra and centennial, this funky beer is full of citrus and tropical fruit flavors.
Kellerbier – 5.3% ABV, 1.050 OG, 35 IBU – Literally translates to cellar beer, our unfiltered Kellerbier is light gold in color with a sweet hay like maltiness. Balanced with moderate bitterness and dry hopped with Noble Czech Saaz hops contributing to a spicy herbal aroma.
