Shangri-la is back and better than ever!

It’s back! Shangri-la was just tapped at Allentown Brew Works. This 8% Belgian ale was brewed with a special blend of peppercorns, ginger and dry hopped with green tea. Gotta thank Shangy’s…THE BEER AUTHORITY for collaborating.

About the first time we brewed Shangri-la

From May 28th, 2013… Last year, the folks from Shangy’s stopped by, and helped us craft our 007 brew. It was a success so the guys from Shangy’s came back for a second collaboration. This time, the result is Shangri-La. Coming in at 8% ABV this Belgian Ale is brewed with a special blend of peppercorns, Ginger and dry hopped with green tea.

We wanted to give a big shout out to the guys from Shangy’s for stopping by and brewing with us. It was a great day, and we toast to future collaborations. Thanks to: Cameron Saunder, Matt Satten, Archie Knight, Chris Rinaldi, and Pat Loquasto.
