It’s back! Shangri-la was just tapped at Allentown Brew Works. This 8% Belgian ale was brewed with a special blend of peppercorns, ginger and dry hopped with green tea. Gotta thank Shangy’s…THE BEER AUTHORITY for collaborating.
From May 28th, 2013… Last year, the folks from Shangy’s stopped by, and helped us craft our 007 brew. It was a success so the guys from Shangy’s came back for a second collaboration. This time, the result is Shangri-La. Coming in at 8% ABV this Belgian Ale is brewed with a special blend of peppercorns, Ginger and dry hopped with green tea.
