Today at the Bethlehem Brew Works, Brewer Josh Bushey tapped his latest seasonal brew – “Attack of the Killer Kölsch”
This German style ale was traditionally brewed in Cologne, where one can see the Kölner Dom (cathedral) from the brewery. This light colored ale is made with Pilsen and Wheat malts. Fermented with German kölsch yeast. Prost!
