GABF Award-Winning Bagpiper’s Scotch Ale

8.5% ABV, 1.084 OG, 25 IBUs  – A long, patient boil of imported smoked and roasted malts produces this fine, smooth mahogany colored ale. It’s full body pipes boldly with prominent notes of caramel toffee, hints of highland smoke and roasted grains. Touches of nut and cocoa lead to worty caramel and fig. Complex back flavors of toast and dried grass come with a warm finish. Slàinte Mhach!

This Fegley’s Brew Works GABF award winning Scotch Ale is on tap now at the Bethlehem Brew Works. It is also available in LIMITED edition 12oz and 750ml bottles at both the Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works. Quantities are extremely limited of this award winning beer.
