Allentown Brew Works Beer Pairing Dinner

We are proud to announce a new way to explore and enjoy the dining experience at the Allentown Brew Works.
Chart a three course meal from our menu and embark on a sensational deal! Each course can be paired with a 5oz glass of one of our flaghip beers. Our award-winning Brewmaster Beau Baden has set out his recommendations below, but if you find yourself in a different mood you can go with your instinct!

APPETIZERS (choose one)
BREWschetta Our Brew Master recommends pairing with Copper Kettle.
Garlic toast topped with ripe tomatoes soaked in Duchesse Red Ale with plenty of garlic, onions, basil and roasted red peppers. Sprinkled with shredded Parmesan.
Meze Hummus Assortment Pig Pen Pilsner.
Pilsener infused garlic hummus, black bean hummus, black olive tapenade and Belgian ale marinated tomatoes. Served with warm pita wedges.
Onion Porter Dip Fegley’s Amber Lager.
A blend of caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, porter, and cream cheese. Baked with provolone cheese. Served with Snyder’s white corn tortilla chips.

ENTREES (choose one)
“Pork-N-Kraut” Pig Pen Pilsener.
Slow roasted, hand pulled pork with garlic mashed potatoes and ABW Pilsener marinated sauerkraut. Garnished with grilled Granny Smith apples and thick sliced beer-battered onion rings.
The “145” Meatloaf Copper Kettle.
Ground beef blended with Fegley’s Amber Lager & a blend of spices, then topped with a hearty mustard beer gravy. Finished with a vegetable medley and garlic mashed potatoes.
Monument Pasta Steelgaarden Wit.
Farfalle with poached, pulled Free Bird chicken, artichokes, plum tomato and Kalamata olives in garlic & olive oil. Garnished with Parmesan and parsley.
Chicken BREWschetta Copper Kettle.
Grilled Free Bird chicken breast topped with Belgian Ale soaked tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Served with rice pilaf and a vegetable medley.
Chicken Marsala Hop Explosion.
Lightly floured chicken breast sautéed with garlic, mushrooms and marsala wine reduction. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley.
Mayfair Garden Steelgaarden Wit.
Fettuccini with fresh asparagus, organic baby spinach, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in white wine and butter.
Allentown Fettuccini Steelgaarden Wit.
Creamy alfredo sauce, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil. With parmesan & diced tomatoes.

DESSERTS (choose one)
Pot du Crème Pawn Shop Porter.
Smooth, dense and rich… The ultimate french chocolate custard made from the finest Belgian chocolate, topped with a dollop of whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate.
Apple Crisp Pig Pen Pilsener.
We bake Golden Delicious apples with rolled oats and brown sugar. Topped with a melt in your mouth, buttery walnut crust. Served with the necessary scoop of vanilla ice cream and a caramel drizzle.
Root Beer Float Pawn Shop Porter.
A thick and frosty root beer, served in a pint glass with a float of vanilla ice cream.
