Fegley’s coffee stout pours to a pitch black color, not at all different from your favorite cup of Joe fresh out of your French press. The thin, chocolatey brown head quickly dissipates leaving an aroma that definitely brings a bourbon sweetness and anticipatory warmth alongside some roasted coffee bean scent. Brewed once a year and aged in bourbon barrels, this beer won’t be around long as it is our most imperial stout. Grab your tees while you can.
