8oz sirloin paired with our half rack of our bbq ribs – served with fries & slaw
two 4oz smash burgers with bacon and cheddar cheese – served with fries
filet medallions on a bed of romaine with hard boiled egg, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, tomato, red onion, avocado, cucumbers, croutons and your choice of dressing
sesame crusted tuna – seared rare – on top of apricot chipotle sauce with wasabi aioli – served with mashed potatoes and our chef’s vegetables
tender grilled filet mignon medallions topped with blistered tomato caprese salad – served with mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetables
