On April 15th, we’ll be celebrating our 18 year Anniversary of brewing craft beer in the Lehigh Valley. We really can’t believe it’s been 18 years!
Thinking back to those first weeks and months and how far we’ve come – from brewing for one restaurant to producing and distributing our craft beers all over PA and NJ. The Fegley family, Brew Works Management and Staff are unbelievably thankful to all of our customers, friends, and family who have made us successful for the past 18 years.
Fegley’s 18th Anniversary Ale is a Belgian style tripel fermented on apples with a light aroma of clove and hints of apple. This unfiltered, golden straw ale has subtle flavors of apple and banana followed by a sweet dry finish. 10.5% ABV | 1.100 OG | 100 IBU
This limited edition 18th Anniversary Ale will be available in commemorative 12oz bottles at both Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works and an exclusive draft release at 5pm at the Bethlehem Brew Works.
Join us earlier in the week for a special Steel Trap Trivia on Wednesday, April 13th with “Retro Trivia” hosted by Steven Bost.
Fegley’s Brew Works opened the doors of the Bethlehem Brew Works on April 15th, 1998. Eighteen years later, they now operate two brewpubs in the Lehigh Valley and have a full service, award-winning brewing and bottling facility at the Allentown Brew Works that distributes to all of PA and NJ. Over the years, Fegley’s has won numerous brewery awards and has been honored throughout the years with accolades for their food and drink as well as their dedication to the community. They also strive to operate their businesses sustainably through recycling, upcycling, and serving foods with responsibly raised ingredients. Their distribution brewery and brewpub are run by 100% renewable energy sources including a solar array on the roof of the Allentown Brew Works. MORE
