Show your sweetie just how much you love them by treating them to our Valentine’s Day Themed brunch Sunday, February 12th at Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works. 

In addition to our regular brunch items, we’ll feature a Valentine’s Day themed menu with some unique brunch specials, such as:

• Oysters on the Half Shell – With Champagne mignonette
• Stuffed Sweet Potato – Cheese, arugula, bacon lardons, avocado,
  chili-lime honey
• Short Ribs Eggs Benedict – Potato latke, stout demi glace, jalapeno
  hollandaise
• Biscuit & Gravy Skillet – Southern-style sausage gravy, homemade
  cheddar biscuits
• Steak & Eggs – Shirred egg, sous-vide flat iron steak, sour cherry
  and Space Monkey Saison gastrique
• Baked French Toast – Macerated berries, Steelgaarden Wit icing
• Brioche Beignets – Chocolate and Steelworker’s Oatmeal Stout ganache,
  smoked pink sea salt caramel

• Our Monstrous Bloody Mary – Featuring a garnish of cheddar biscuits, shrimp and other delicious fixings
• The Strawberry Blonde – Vodka, pineapple, and strawberries shaken and topped with champagne
• The Chocolate Covered Cherry – Chocolate Liquor, cherry vodka, cream, shaken and served in a martini glass with chocolate drizzle and maraschino cherry
• The Burgundy – Canadian Club whiskey, ginger ale, splash of cranberry, served on the rocks
