September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, and we are grateful to partner with the local chapter of the AFSP to support their continued research and education efforts in our community to bring people together from all backgrounds who want to prevent suicide.
Fegley’s Brewmaster hand-picks a draft beer and all proceeds are donated to the local 501(c)3 charity. Stop by anytime after 5pm to learn more about the charity and drink a pint for a good cause, cheers!
At the Bethlehem Brew Works we host a “Charity Cask Night”, where the entire proceeds of a firkin of Fegley’s Brew is been donated to a local, non-profit, 501(c)3 organizations. At the Allentown Brew Works we have brought back “Brewer’s Choice for Charity” with a special tap beer each month. At both locations the non-profit recipient has the opportunity to present literature, give-aways and banners, and have representatives on hand for an informal Q&A and info-session about their community work.
A craft brewery draws its character and strength from its community, but it can also give back to the community and help create positive change. That’s the idea behind these series of benefit events that take place at Fegley’s Allentown Brew Works.
