We brewed this West Coast Style IPA the way Beau likes them, by excessively dry hopping with Citra, Simcoe and Cascade hops giving a citrusy, floral aroma on top of an assertive bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. We raise our glass to salute not only my mentor, but the man who brought the Lehigh Valley amazing craft beer for the last 10 years for everyone to enjoy time and time again.
