Hazy IPA with Honey, Cereal, Milk Sugar, and Almonds
We combine box-loads of Honey Bunches of Oats to the mash in combination with over 200 pounds of local Pennsy-honey. Rich tones of pale and wheat malt are fermented with milk sugar, and almond nuts. Citrus and earthy notes are expressed by Mandarina and Saaz hops.
