It’s all up-in-smoke at the Allentown Brew Works featuring a special release of Fegley’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Smoked Rauchbock (tapped at 2pm) and our Chef’s special smoked menu.

Smoked BBQ Platter – Our Porter infused BBQ Pulled Pork, a half-rack of house smoked ribs in honey BBQ sauce, house smoked all beef sausage, and Bert’s award-winning Blues, Brews & BBQ Baked Beans & Hot Slaw.
Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich – House smoked brisket, BBQ sauce, pickled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese on thick, grilled Texas toast.
Sweet-n-Hot Salmon Salmon – smoked, sustainably fished Verlasso salmon glazed with a brown sugar, mint, red pepper and brandy glaze served on top of a smashed fennel, date, walnut and cucumber salad tossed in olive oil lemon dressing.
Smoked Sloppy Joes – smoked ground beef from Koehler Farms, Bethlehem, cooked with chopped onion and “Sloppy Joe” sauce. Topped with frizzled fried onions and Served on a hoagie roll with your choice of fries or hot slaw.

Brought together by a love of and passion for craft beer, a group of pubs, restaurants and breweries in and around Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton have risen to champion Lehigh Valley Beer Week. The week will feature a variety of craft beer related events across the Lehigh Valley; a week-long celebration of community, friends, and craft beer.
The hallmark of Lehigh Valley Beer Week will be the communication and collaboration of Lehigh Valley venues to host a series of craft beer related events. So far, pub takeovers, brew tours, beer tastings, beer dinners, rare beer releases, and a host of other events are already scheduled with more to come. At Fegley’s Brew Works, we’ll be featuring an array of craft-beer related events listed below.
