This amazing beer may very well bring you to your knees, detonate in your mouth, and take your hophead right off. Brewed in the tradition of West Coast ales, we have put loads of malt and hops in our kettle to come up with this sensational ale.
The American IPA – this is the beer style that has made many a microbrewery famous, and ours is no exception! A big hop grapefruit-citrus character and high bitterness give a pleasant bite.
Serve in a Pint Glass. Curry cuisines, and peppery and pungent cheeses like gorgonzola and Époisses de Bourgogne. Beautiful with chicken and seafood. Try with a poached salmon salad.
Pours a gorgeous copper with a big citrus aroma. A sweet malt flavor lies under a hoppity-hop bitterness that finishes with clean grapefruit.
