We’ve partnered with KSP Fitness in Bethlehem to bring you a free metabolic training class and FREE signature sampler to enjoy at the Bethlehem Brew Works afterwards! The proceeds from this event will be donated to local cancer charity, Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Saturday, October 19th, choose from an 8am or 9:30am metabolic training class, free with a $15 donation. Feeling generous? With donations of $25 or more, receive a complimentary cancer support tee showing your participation in this event.

What is a metabolic training class?

In short, the definition of metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. Imagine: the perfect inbetween of HIIT and regular cardiovascular exercise with a combination of isolated and full-body exercises.
