We took our Devious Imperial Pumpkin Ale and made it darker – with bourbon. Between the 9% ABV, the spices on the tip of your tongue, and the aroma of the bourbon, this ale is sure to warm you up! Imperial Pumpkin Ales are still deceptively mild, with a malty backbone that’s balanced by the additional alcohol.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Serve in a Tulip Glass. Pairs well with bread puddings, tart fruits and pies, as well as roasted turkey and poultry. A great addition to the table for a meal, or by itself as a dessert.

TASTING NOTES

Pours a frothy dark ruby color and a malty complex nose of pumpkin pie with notes of cardamom cookies and nutmeg. Flavors translate from the aroma and deepen with vegetal notes from the squash, toffee, cola syrup, and bourbon. Full body with a long lasting warm flavor.

AVAILABILITY

Available seasonally at the Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works, in 750ml corked & caged bottles. Also seasonally available at Shangy's.
