MENU

February 11th to February 14th ~ In addition to our regular menu, enjoy a 3 course, prefix dinner for two. Menu items may be ordered à la carte and each location will be featuring suggested beer pairings and Valentine’s Day spirits.

Choice of Appetizer

Kale Sprouts – A cross between brussels sprouts and kale flash-fried, horseradish cream sauce.

Seasonal Hummus –  House-made sun dried tomato hummus, grilled pita, fresh veggies.

Balsamic BBQ Meatballs – House blend, homemade, balsamic barbeque sauce, caramelized onion, micro greens.

Choice of Two Entrees

Surf & Turf – Fegley’s Bourbon Barrel Insidious braised short rib, jumbo shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted baby carrots.

Whiskey Glazed Salmon – Whisky glazed, grilled, sustainably fished Verlasso salmon, barley salad, grilled asparagus.

Stuffed Chicken –  Bone-in and skin-on, pan roasted chicken breast, gorgonzola, spinach, garlic mashed potatoes.

Choice of Dessert

Dolce Patisserie Collaboration Hellertown’s Chef Alan Pitotti, winner of Food Networks “Sweet Genius”, and Fegley’s beer infusion.

Creme Brulee Vanilla custard, caramelized sugar, strawberries, whipped cream.
