Devious, Yes. Devious Imperial Pumpkin Ale is deceptively mild, with a malty backbone that’s balanced by the additional alcohol. The spices takes the lead here, but do not overwhelm to the natural pumpkin that’s used in this brew. This fall seasonal ups the ABV to 9% from a standard Pumpkin Ale.

Serve in a Tulip Glass. Pairs well with roasted turkey, poultry, tart fruits, and goes perfectly with bread puddings and pies. A great addition to the table for a meal, or by itself as a dessert.
Pours a frothy dark ruby color and a malty complex nose of pumpkin pie with notes of cardamom cookies and nutmeg. Flavors translate from the aroma and deepen with vegetal notes from the squash, toffee, cola syrup, and more clove. A very full body is thick and slick in mouth with long lasting flavor.
Available seasonally on draft at the Allentown and Bethlehem Brew Works, in 12 oz and 750ml corked & caged bottles, and 1/6 and 1/2 bbls. Late July through November.
